An Old Dog

You can't teach an old dog new tricks...

but you can chase him all over the yard and have a blast doing it!

You capture the best pictures!

Is this a new edition to the family? The dog doesn't look very old to me!

Nah, not a new addition, we've had him almost as long as we've been married, but he's just as old (meaning we've been married almost 12 year and he's almost 12 years old). We found him in a parking lot in the winter time and he jumped right into our car.

Love your old dog. I used to have a dog that looked about like him--that I fouund.(when my children were young) I named him Pepper, but he decided that he liked my father-in-law better than me, so he moved in with him and got his name changed to Freddie. LOL Freddie was my father-in-law's constant companion. I thought it was interesting that you found your dog, too.

Those are really cute pictures of the kids running after the dog. I agree with Michelle that he does not look that old. He is cute!

CUTE DOG!!! LOL! I love dauchsunds (Spelling??) We almost got one. he was going to be named Jimmy Dean- but then we fell in love with our beautiful Brittany Spaniel, Hunter.

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog! I hope your kids never stick gum in their hair and ears. i'm really good at saying "We don't say -fill in the blank- to people" or "We don't do this or that" when we're watching movies. SOmehow, I didn't think Violet Boreguard putting gum behind her ear was something I needed to address! LOL!

I am now following you!
