Part of summer always includes our annual trip to visit family in Oregon.
It's a 13 hour drive, so we stay one night in a hotel to break up the long hours in the car.
On the way there we stopped at our favorite small town diner and took silly pictures. :)
Once there the kids took the opportunity to cool off in a stock tank turned swimming pool.
We took in the parade on the 4th of July, where the kids look forward to getting a bag full of candy.
We celebrated a birthday.
And watched an awesome fireworks display!
We also visited Uncle Ray...
...and had some fun on his water slide!
