I'm not that good at describing my life in only six words but today as I was running two fields because both my kids were playing at one time, I realized that I could! My six words for today are:
Baseball and softball season has begun!
Amazingly the first pre-season games were not rained out, as the weather forecast all week long said it would rain this Saturday.
Bethany still loves to play catcher.
Elisha is fighting a cold right now, so his game was a little off today. But he still said he had fun.
The weather was perfect, as the sun graced us with its presence today.
Elisha got a chance to play second base which he likes the best.
Bethany made it to first base and then second before the third out came. She was disappointed she didn't get to run home, but I told her you have the whole season left, you'll get there.
We even saw Jewell today, as her game was scheduled just before Bethany's and we caught the tail-end of it.

I just love looking at your photo's! Elisha looks like he's paying more attention this season. Don't you hate it when kids grow up? I know I do! :)
PS, I updated my last post with a picture I took of John yesterday! I don't know if my comment replies are emailed or not, but I suspect they are not. The picture reminded me of Bethany and your comment made me laugh and I had to post it!!

Our basketball season just ended this past weekend, but not to worry...our baseball season starts this week! My 2 boys will be playing on the same kid pitch team...the Indians I think! We are all sports all the time at our house! I have become a follower...hope you don't mind!

I'm not a big fan of baseball it but I totally count it as a sure sign of Spring. I'm glad your games weren't rained out (another sad but sure sign of Spring).
