We are a busy family who juggle work, ministry, and our family on a regular basis, but God gives us the strength. Our desire is to serve the Lord with all our hearts and see our children grow up with a close relationship with Him. Our two children Elisha (12) and Bethany (11) keep us on our toes, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
Sunday morning Elisha bumped into the coffee dispenser at The Source (the church bookstore) and spilled hot coffee down his long sleeve shirt. He then grabbed his arm and came running to me crying. It took me a few moments to figure out what had happened but when I did I pulled his sleeve off his burn and waved it to cool it down. When it was cool enough I took a look at it and got him a cool paper towel to put on it. After looking for burn cream and finding none I finally sent him to church because it didn't really seem too bad and he had stopped complaining. Poor kid.
